Here's My Story

I am Trey Chapman, from Greenville South Carolina. I was born with a physical disability called Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita disorder involves a variety of non-progressive conditions that are characterized by multiple joint contractures (stiffness) and involves muscle weakness found throughout the body at birth. I hope to make the transition of students with disabilities from high school to college easier with the resources and tips that I have created.

For my capstone project I want to show current high school juniors and seniors with disabilities that they can attend a four-year college and be independent in academics and their personal lives on campus.
