About Me
My name is Trinity Jefferson and I am 21 years old. I am from Charleston, South Carolina and I currently am studying Psychology and Criminal Justice. As a young woman who at times has struggled with mental health, it has always been important to me. Being a young adult in this world right now, mental health is one of the most talked about subjects even on our bigger social media platforms. Mental health sometimes has negative conations associated with it and with my experience in going through the topics I plan to discuss, my goal is to normalize these conversations to not make only myself more comfortable with my mental health, but others as well.

This project caters to normalizing mental health and its many topics. This project goal is to not only open the eyes of people when it comes to mental health but to also help people realize that our internal has a lot to do with our external. So, why not talk about it?
