WHY SHOULD I WORKOUT IF I NEVER HAVE BEFORE?

Working out has many benefits, such as improving muscle strength and endurance, but most importantly your heart and lung health. The best thing about your heart and lung health increasing is that you have more energy to tackle daily chores.

WHICH WORKOUT SHOULD I START WITH?

The workouts provided will all be very similar in style but the higher-level workouts will be more intense and include barbell movements with weight added. The beginner workout will focus more on form and getting a base level of how good of shape your body is already in.

HOW DO I WIN A GIFT CARD?

To win one of the two gift cards, be one of the two students to have the highest increase in the max weight you can lift. Maxes will be based on the bench press, squat, and deadlift!
