HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?

The program will take six weeks to complete.

The Public Speaking workshop will teach participants various topics/speaking skills that will allow them to connect and engage with a congregation.

HOW WILL A SERMON-WRITING WORKSHOP FROM THIS PROGRAM HELP ME PREACH?

The Sermon-Writing workshop will teach participants various ways in which a sermon can be organized and written.

WHERE WILL THE PROGRAM TAKE PLACE?

All workshops and activities embedded in the Guiding Shepherds program will take place at Spartanburg Methodist College.

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF THE PROGRAM?

You will receive a certificate upon completing the program.

HOW WILL A THEOLOGY WORKSHOP FROM THIS PROGRAM HELP ME PREACH?

The Theology workshops will teach participants how they can structure, connect and support their beliefs in God which will impact the way that participants preach.

There will be one Public Speaking workshop, two Theology workshops and two Sermon-Writing workshops. All workshops will be from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM.
